Safety Standard

Landed Manufacturing is committed to safe operations, safe products, and a safe supply chain. This Safety Standard outlines the baseline expectations that apply to our facilities, partners, and personnel. It is a boilerplate template and should be reviewed and tailored by qualified compliance and safety counsel before publication.

1. Workplace Safety

We maintain workplaces that comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations. This includes hazard identification, routine inspections, personal protective equipment, training, and incident reporting procedures.

2. Product Safety and Quality

Products are designed, manufactured, and inspected to meet specified quality and safety requirements. Materials are sourced from qualified suppliers and subjected to documented quality controls throughout production.

3. Supply Chain Standards

Suppliers and partners are expected to operate ethically and lawfully, with no tolerance for forced labor, child labor, or unsafe working conditions. We reserve the right to audit and to discontinue relationships that fall below these standards.

4. Environmental Responsibility

We work to reduce waste, manage hazardous materials responsibly, and comply with applicable environmental regulations. Continuous improvement targets are established at the facility level.

5. Reporting Concerns

Anyone may report safety, quality, or ethics concerns without fear of retaliation by contacting production@landedmanufacturing.com. Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially where possible.

6. Incident Response

Safety incidents are investigated, documented, and used to drive corrective and preventive actions. Severe incidents are escalated to leadership and, as required, to applicable regulatory authorities.

7. Training and Accountability

Personnel receive role-appropriate safety training, and leaders are accountable for maintaining safety performance within their areas of responsibility.

8. Updates

This Safety Standard is reviewed periodically and updated as our operations, regulatory environment, and best practices evolve.
